Statement from CT Democratic Chair Nancy Wyman on Governor Lamont's decision to move Connecticut's Presidential primary from April 28 to June 2:

"Moving the date of the Presidential primary is the right thing to do, given the overwhelming uncertainty about the coronavirus pandemic. We are in uncharted territory, with so many election deadlines coming up. It is important that we protect the health of voters and make sure that every voter feels safe going to the polls. We can do that far better with postponement. Everyone stay safe."
